A man got depressed because Warner Bros refuse to greenlight his show despite going all out like putting it on Billboards and shit to the point that he had to go to therapy, and this is how everyone response.

Everyone is all for mental health and animation, but if it's someone they dislike or a series they hate/don't care about.. everyone suddenly folds. It's okay to hate or even dislike a piece of media sure, but don't go so far that you have to put someone down or make fun of them for being depress for a reasonable reason, like, if I were to make a show that i put so much time to it, then warner bros or another cartoon studio decide to put it up on their youtube channel as well as put it on billboards and copyright the name ect. only for them to shelve it without letting the series see the light of day, I would also fall into depression and feel like they were tugging me along just to hurt me.

But yeah, fuck everyone who claims that they support mental health and animation only to do said bullshit like this

Look on the bright side, Learning with Pibby is probably on in the public domain! Meaning that animation can be a YouTube channel series or even a comic book series on instagram!

Anyways, to Pibby (or anyone really), how’s Larntown like and what’s it look like?

LarnTown is the best place to live! Think of a town where everyone knows each other, wants to learn, and teach others about what they know! Anywhere I go, my friends are there to teach me something new! Some say it's small, but I prefer to use the term cozy!

I really should draw a map of all of LarnTown one of these days for you guys. I never really needed one because I always knew where to go! The town is so bright and cheerful and colorful!

Some of my favorite places are Nana's Sewing Shop, Rosa's flower shop, Ally's Pool N' Play, the Post Office, Buck and Clover's Farm, and the schoolhouse! I also love going over to Buggy's house cause she lives in a big shoe! She's so silly!

And just outside of LarnTown is Lantern Light Woods, where Luna and Pixie live!

Oh! That's easy! My favorite adventure of all time was a big surprise party that everyone in LarnTown threw for me! You were there too, remember? We learned about the words 'surprise', 'decoration', and 'celebration'! And when Terry accidentally told me what the surprise was for, I used the word we learned, 'surprise', to act like I didn't know so everyone could still surprise me!

It was so great celebrating going on 200 adventures with all of you! I wish we could do something like that again real soon!

So every LWP fan has sadly been hit with the news that CN/Adult swim didn't green-light LWP and that the network didn't want her as well and the creator Dodgegreen not wanting to do it anymore. But here's the thing. There has been a BOOM in indie animation lately. shows like TADC, The gaslight district and BFDI have been getting THOUSANDS AND MILLIONS OF VIEWS! So i bet if he brought this concept to indie animation artists they would happily collab. (or not it's their choice) the only problems are that CN/AS still owns the writes to Pibby and Dodge said he's done. I know of dodges depression and i know that shit SUCKS but if he says if he's done with the character it's his choice. I just think that indie animation would have been nicer that WB and CN ever would be
